In the spring of 2018, the life of 20-year-old Gerardo Perez was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. The young Hispanic man was discovered deceased inside a vehicle sometime between the evening of Tuesday, March 13th, and the morning of Wednesday, March 14th.
