In a tragic turn of events on February 11, 2019, Parker Ray Lynch, a 25-year-old male, lost his life in the area of Central, Arizona. The incident occurred during an evening when Lynch and two acquaintances were engaged in shooting activities. They were firing a. 223 single-shot rifle at a ballistic vest that had been placed on a tree.
