On a Christmas Eve in Phoenix, Arizona, what should have been a festive time turned into a tragedy. Richard Abraham Delgado, a 31-year-old Hispanic man, was involved in a double shooting that would cut his life short. The incident, which occurred on December 24, 2020, also left another individual, a 29-year-old man, with serious injuries.
