On January 31, 2020, 53-year-old Gonzalo Augustin was found deceased from a gunshot wound inside a residence near 32nd Street and Broadway Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Earlier that evening, officers had responded to reports of shots fired at the location. Upon arrival, they discovered 52-year-old Sabrina Miran-Garcia with fatal gunshot wounds in front of the residence.
