Corina Ann Leyva, a 41-year-old resident of Phoenix, Arizona, died on July 3, 2021. Her death was a result of a domestic violence incident involving her partner.

On the day of her death, Phoenix police responded to an apartment complex near 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road. Upon arrival, officers found Corina Leyva and her partner, 43-year-old John Parker, dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
