On July 14, 2017, a tragic incident occurred in a house near the intersection of Interstate 17 and Buckeye Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Fifteen-year-old Reyna Estrada was found dead in her bedroom, having succumbed to a gunshot wound. The Phoenix Police Department responded to a call about a subject with a gun and upon arrival, they found Reyna's 18-year-old brother, Ignacio Estrada, in possession of a gun.
