Ngaio Kasai Smith, a 40-year-old resident of Belton, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2020, in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. on Geer Street in the Mill Village area of Belton. According to reports, Smith was inside his home when he was shot twice in the chest.
