In the warm evening of early July 2021, a dispute in a convenience store parking lot in Tucson, Arizona, tragically cut short the life of 19-year-old Carlos Francisco Valdez. The young man, a male, was at a Quik Mart on South Park Avenue on the night of Thursday, July 8th, when an argument broke out between him and a group of other individuals.
