Carlos Francisco Valdez, a 19-year-old resident of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on July 9, 2021, following a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred on July 8, 2021, in the parking lot of a Quik Mart located at 6301 South Park Avenue.
