In the late afternoon of June 16, 2023, a violent encounter in a Tucson, Arizona, parking lot tragically ended the life of 30-year-old Jacob Dean Stark. A white/caucasian male, Stark was in the vicinity of South Park Avenue with a friend when the fatal incident unfolded. The Tucson Police Department responded to reports of gunfire around 4:15 p.m. and discovered Stark in an alleyway adjacent to a business, suffering from gunshot wounds.
