In the early morning hours of November 20, 2019, the life of 17-year-old David Ruggiero was tragically cut short in a parking lot on North Wilmot Road in Tucson, Arizona. The male teen, who had recently moved to the area with his family, was found wounded by police around 5:20 a.m. Despite the immediate medical aid provided by officers and the Tucson Fire Department, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
