On November 20, 2019, 17-year-old David Ruggiero was found dead in a parking lot near 1600 N. Wilmot Road in Tucson, Arizona. He had been reported missing earlier that day by his family. David had left his home around 1:30 a.m. and had last contacted his brother at 4 a.m., stating he was going to visit a girl nearby and expected to return home within an hour.
