In the early morning hours of August 23, 2022, the life of 27-year-old Edgar Moreno-Perez was tragically cut short in a sudden act of violence. The shooting occurred just after 1 a.m. at an apartment complex located near 40th Street and McDowell Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Moreno-Perez, a male, was at the complex when an unidentified individual shot him.
