In the small town of Thatcher, Arizona, a domestic disturbance call in the early morning hours of December 13, 2022, tragically ended in the discovery of a homicide. Patty Sue Nosie, a 42-year-old housekeeper and mother, was found deceased in her residence at Quail Ridge.
