In the early hours of a chilly December morning in Buckeye, Arizona, the life of 18-year-old Hispanic female Monica Hernandez-Guillen was tragically cut short. On December 28, 2021, at approximately 1 a.m., law enforcement responded to a call of a shooting near Jackrabbit Trail and Yuma Road. Upon their arrival, they discovered Monica deceased at the scene, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound. At the time of her death, she was about four months pregnant.
