In the early morning hours of June 8, 2024, the quiet of the Rainbow Valley area in Phoenix, Arizona, was broken by an act of violence that claimed the life of 52-year-old Tyrone Phillips. Phillips, a male, was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds outside of a residence near the intersection of Tuthill and Arlington roads.
