In a tragic turn of events on August 24, 2015, Robert Lane, a 25-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in Omaha, Nebraska. The incident unfolded following a dispute involving Lane's girlfriend, who was a coworker of the man who would ultimately be responsible for his death.
