On a summer day in Omaha, Nebraska, the life of a 20-year-old Black man, John Parks Jr., was tragically cut short. On July 26, 2020, Parks and a friend were enjoying a ride on their motorized dirt bikes when a black sedan began to pursue them. The chase culminated in the sedan colliding with Parks' bike.
