Paul DuPree Richards, a 19-year-old African-American male, passed away unexpectedly on March 7, 2010. In the early hours of that Sunday, officers responded to a report of shots fired at an apartment building near 45th and Nicholas Streets in Omaha, Nebraska. Upon arrival, they discovered two men with gunshot wounds.
