In the early spring of 2015, the life of Henry Hodges, a 37-year-old Black / African American male, was violently cut short. On the evening of April 8th, in an alley in West Allis, Wisconsin, Hodges was found deceased by responding police officers. He had been fatally shot in what authorities would soon describe as a double shooting.
