James Reed, a 26-year-old Black/African American man, was a compassionate and dedicated social worker in his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska. Known for his commitment to helping others, he was particularly focused on developing programs to assist homeless young adults, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and the community he served.
