On September 25, 2022, 33-year-old Robert Brannon of Omaha was fatally shot in an alley near 19th and O Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska. Surveillance footage revealed that Brannon encountered 22-year-old Jahhrasta Fletcher in the alley shortly after midnight. The video appears to show Fletcher producing a firearm and firing at Brannon, who then fell to the ground. Fletcher then stood over Brannon and, at close range, fired once more, hitting Brannon.
