Robert Brannon, 33, a Black man, was shot and killed just after midnight on September 25, 2022, in an alley off 19th and O Streets in downtown Lincoln, near the Foxy Gentlemen’s Club. Officers were dispatched around 12:06 a.m. and found him gravely wounded; lifesaving efforts failed and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
