Goa Dat, a 24-year-old resident of Omaha, was involved in a shooting incident that took place in Lincoln, Nebraska, on October 30, 2021. The incident occurred when Dat and another individual were driving northbound on Highway 77 near Rosa Parks Way and West A Street.
