In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Lincoln, Nebraska, the life of 47-year-old Black / African American male, Desmond Fowler, was tragically cut short. On May 16, 2019, Fowler was found with fatal gunshot wounds in the vicinity of 27th and Holdrege Street.
