Francisco Javier Alvis Arizaga, a 25-year-old resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2024. Known affectionately as Javis or Franky, he was born on October 14, 1998, to Francisco Alvis and Carmen Arizaga.
