Nuer Abraham Yuek, a 19-year-old resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2020. Born on May 6, 2001, in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to Abraham Yuek and Haregewoin Workineh, Nuer had moved to the United States and reunited with his father in Omaha, Nebraska, on December 6, 2011.
