Murdered

On December 31, 2010, Albert Bernard Stanley, a 62-year-old security guard from Laurel, Delaware, was working at "Da Spot," a club located at 32109 Lou’s Discount Lane, during a New Year's Eve party. The event became tumultuous as multiple altercations erupted both inside and outside the venue. In his efforts to manage the disorderly crowd, Stanley was struck by a single gunshot to the head. He succumbed to his injuries two days later.
