Sinque Hagler, a 24-year-old man from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically killed on April 2, 2014. His death was the result of a shooting that occurred in the early morning hours in the city. Hagler, a well-known figure in his community, had reportedly been involved in an altercation prior to the incident.
