In the early hours of May 28, 2014, the quiet of a Smyrna, Delaware home was shattered by a single act of violence that would bring a tragic end to a long and tumultuous marriage. Inside, James E. King, a 68-year-old White male, was shot and killed. The person responsible was his wife of more than 34 years, Amanda G. King.
