Artise Brown, a 24-year-old African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was tragically killed on April 28, 2015. The incident occurred in Wilmington's West Center City neighborhood, where Brown was sitting outside a home on West 6th Street around 8 p.m. alongside a 19-year-old woman.
