On October 11, 2009, 22-year-old African American male Paul Vincent "Lil Paul" Brown III was fatally shot in Forestville, Maryland. The incident occurred around 5:54 a.m. in the 3000 block of Tracy Lane. At the time of his death, Paul resided on Croom Road in Brandywine, Maryland. He was the son of Paul V. Brown Jr. and Carmasietta Brown and had two siblings, Makela and Meguel Brown.
