Keith Lamont Fletcher, a 20-year-old resident of Forestville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2010. Fletcher was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a stairwell at an apartment complex in Prince George's County. The incident occurred at the Penn Mar Apartments on Donnell Drive, where police responded to multiple calls reporting shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered Fletcher critically injured and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
