In the quiet neighborhood of District Heights, Maryland, the life of 23-year-old Antonio Delonte Ross, an African-American male, was cut short on the cold evening of January 18, 2013. Just outside his home, the sounds of gunfire shattered the night, leaving Ross with fatal wounds.
