Brandon Rashad Catlett, a 21-year-old resident of Forestville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2013. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when officers responded to a call in the 3300 block of Walters Lane. Upon arrival, they found Brandon Catlett suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
