In the early hours of a January morning in 2013, the life of 21-year-old Brandon Rashad Catlett was tragically cut short. On January 21st, at approximately 3:00 a.m., police responded to a call about a man down in the 3300 block of Walters Lane in Forestville, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered Catlett suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
