Fred Scott Davis, a 53-year-old contractor from Forestville, MD, tragically lost his life on September 3, 2009. Davis was working on remodeling a bathroom in a building on Forestville Road when he was shot. At the time of the incident, he was on the phone with his brother. The bullet passed through his hand, the phone, and ultimately struck his head. Despite being rushed to Prince George's Hospital in Cheverly, MD, he succumbed to his injuries.
