Andre Walter Shuford, an 18-year-old from Forestville, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on February 19, 2013. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. in the 3700 block of Donnell Drive, where Shuford and another teenager, Aaron Kidd, were both shot. Kidd, a freshman at Suitland High School, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Shuford succumbed to his injuries the following day.
