Ji'Air Allan Dominique Wing, a 20-year-old Black / African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was known by the nickname “Biggie.” He was born on August 15, 2000, in Wilmington, the son of Jonnise Wing and Gregory Howell, and was part of a large family that included several siblings, grandparents, aunts, an uncle, and many close friends.
