On November 19, 2016, 26-year-old African-American male Dwan Bolden was shot and killed in Wilmington, Delaware. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the 800 block of North Pine Street. Police responded to reports of gunfire in the area and found Dwan Bolden suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
