White/Caucasian male Vincent DiMenco, age 35, was shot and killed in the early morning hours of June 17, 2018, in the Belvedere community near Wilmington, Delaware. Police were called just after 1:27 a.m. to the unit block of Lloyd Street, where they found two victims with gunshot wounds: 15-year-old Doris Dorsey inside a car and DiMenco a short distance away.
