The double homicide occurred around 10:54 a.m. on February 21, 2017, near the intersection of 22nd and N. Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware. Wilmington Police responded to reports of shots fired and discovered two male victims at the scene. One victim, later identified as 23-year-old Ainsley Cumberbatch Jr., suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
