On June 22, 2018, at approximately 9:41 p.m., 41-year-old Sylvester W. Lee was fatally shot at the Liberty Court Apartments, located at 1289 Walker Road in Dover, Delaware. Responding officers found Lee lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. He was transported to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 10:15 p.m.
