On the warm evening of Friday, June 22, 2018, a verbal dispute tragically escalated into fatal violence at the Liberty Court Apartments in Dover, Delaware. Sylvester Lee, a 41-year-old African American man from Clayton, was shot multiple times in the torso following an argument. The incident occurred at approximately 9:41 p.m. at the apartment complex located at 1289 Walker Road.
