Tiffany Montgomery, a 34-year-old White/Caucasian female from the Dover, Delaware area, was killed in the early morning hours of February 10, 2020, after gunfire erupted on the 200 block of West Reed Street in downtown Dover. Police were called to the area at about 1:54 a.m. for reports of multiple shots being fired, and when officers arrived they found a chaotic scene with several people struck by gunfire. Montgomery had been shot in the upper body and died from her injuries.
