Uniqua Caldwell was a 27-year-old Black female from Dover, Delaware. In the early hours of July 8, 2020, just after midnight, police responded to a report of a vehicle crash at the intersection of South DuPont Highway and Loockerman Street. A black Dodge Challenger had struck a sign at the northwest corner of that intersection.
