Namir Brown-Sullivan, a 25-year-old Black male from Wilmington, Delaware, died on September 9, 2020, following a double shooting in the city's Eastlawn neighborhood. The incident occurred around 6:35 p.m. on Church Street, where Wilmington police responded to reports of gunfire and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
