On September 9, 2020, at approximately 6:38 p.m., Wilmington police responded to a double shooting in the 3400 block of Church Street. The first victim, identified as 25-year-old Namir Brown-Sullivan, succumbed to his injuries shortly after the incident. The second victim, also 25 years old, was later identified as Khiry Clark; he too died from his injuries.
