Hispanic/Latino male Isaias Gonzalez, age 29, from Wilmington, Delaware, was drawn into a chain of events that began late on the night of July 28, 2015. Around 11:30 p.m., Wilmington police responded to a home invasion at an apartment on Maryland Avenue.
