Jabar Naseem Grier, a Black/African American male, age 22, was shot on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, in Wilmington, Delaware. Shortly after 5:20 p.m., police were called to the 800 block of Kirkwood Street, where they found the 22-year-old with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and died from his injuries.
