Rajion Dinkins, a 19-year-old Black / African American male, was killed after gunfire broke out on November 25, 2019, in Wilmington, Delaware. Wilmington police said the shooting happened at about 3:58 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Washington Street, where officers arrived and found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to the hospital. Rajion was critically injured and later died from his wounds, while the second victim, a 20-year-old man, survived and was reported ...
