Rajion Dinkins, a 19-year-old Black / African American male, was killed after gunfire broke out on November 25, 2019, in Wilmington, Delaware. Wilmington police said the shooting happened at about 3:58 p.m. in the 2300 block of North Washington Street, where officers arrived and found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
