On November 25, 2019, at approximately 4 p.m., Wilmington Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 2300 block of North Washington Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims with gunshot wounds: 19-year-old Rajion "Ray Ray" Dinkins and a 20-year-old man. Both were transported to Christiana Hospital, where Dinkins succumbed to his injuries, while the other victim was treated and stabilized.
