Michael Reams, 28, a Black male, was shot on the afternoon of December 10, 2020, in the 300 block of East 23rd Street in Wilmington, Delaware. Around 1:20 p.m., a Wilmington police officer on proactive patrol heard gunfire and officers converged on the area.
