African-American/Black male, age 19. On the evening of April 11, 2008, Aaron Sean Flowers, a 19-year-old from Newark, Delaware, was shot multiple times in Wilmington. He was discovered on the steps outside Domingo's Market at North Harrison and Conrad Streets and was pronounced dead at the scene; police later noted that at least one bullet struck the back of his head.
