White/Caucasian, female, age 39, Heather L. Truitt of Clayton, Delaware, died on April 25, 2021, during a shooting that unfolded at a home on the 300 block of Hopewell Drive. Troopers were dispatched around 1:05 p.m. after reports that shots had been fired and that the suspected shooter, 45-year-old Raymond C.
