On Christmas Day in 2019, the life of a 51-year-old Black / African American male, Robin McNeil, was tragically cut short in Wilmington, Delaware. McNeil was fatally shot on December 25, 2019. The Wilmington Police Department responded to the incident and launched an investigation into his death.
