D’majah Tickles, a 19-year-old Black male, was shot on the night of May 19, 2021, in Wilmington, Delaware, near East 23rd and Carter Streets by the city’s Price Run neighborhood. First responders found the 19-year-old gravely wounded around 9:15 p.m., rushed him to the hospital, and he later died of his injuries.
